According to u.today reports, the Indian government seeks to ban cryptocurrency companies from advertising campaigns that claim considerable returns to investors. On Saturday, the Memorandum of the meeting between industry leaders and Prime Minister Modi shows Amitabh Bachchan and other Bollywood celebrities have started promoting cryptocurrency. They are following Western celebrities' lead by launching their irreplaceable tokens. The media also mentioned that irresponsible encrypted advertising had become a global problem. In May of this year, the British Advertising Standards Agency (ASA) banned misleading Bitcoin advertisements on the London Underground by Luna Cryptocurrency Exchange.
