El Salvador has agreed with cryptocurrency companies Blockstream and Bitfinex to issue Bitcoin bonds to "accelerate hyperbitcoinization and bring about a new financial system on top of Bitcoin." El Salvador will give a $1 billion Bitcoin bond through Blockstream's Liquid Network. The proceeds from the bond can support the development of volcano-driven Bitcoin mining. Bitfinex focuses on helping the government to formulate a digital tokenized securities law. The government will provide Bitfinex with the first license in this new regulatory framework for the ES government to issue and launch volcano mining bonds.
