El Salvador’s dollar debt has plunged due to the Bitcoin bond program. El Salvador’s U.S. dollar-denominated bonds have fallen to an all-time low. El Salvador’s U.S. dollar bonds fell to $0.644 on November 22. Earlier news said that the Central American country would use Bitcoin (BTC) bonds to provide funds for its Bitcoin City plan. According to Bloomberg data, US dollar bonds have been steadily falling since they broke through US$1.10 in April 2021.
